Grateful For Leftovers

A day of deep gratitude full of amazing food, friends and family can leave behind an overwhelming amount of Thanksgiving leftovers. What’s a human to do with all this food? If reheating the same ‘ol turkey and sides is your thing the weeks following the holiday feast, we won’t stop you. But if you are looking for some over-the-top delish ways to enjoy your leftover turkey and favorite sides then this is the post for you!

If you are someone who wakes up the day after Thanksgiving with a huge smile on your face just thinking about the savory flavors of the holiday…we know how you feel!  Our Thanksgiving Eggs Benedict with fresh North Shore Living™ chives is a great way to fuel your day before a hike, shopping or just hanging with the fam.

Leftover turkey on toast for lunch is a go-to favorite around our office, but then we met The Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Club Sandwich.  The flavors of the cranberry mayo against the bold nutrient goodness of North Shore Living™ microgreens is seriously making my mouth water just thinking about it.

Let’s be real honest with ourselves when it comes to dinner Friday evening after we put all our heart and soul into the meal the afternoon before.  We’re tapped out.  Our Thanksgiving Cranberry BBQ & Turkey Pizza is a fresh and simple take on the BBQ Chicken Pizza…and it’s AMAZING!!  The North Shore Living™ Cilantro adds a pop of flavor perfectly balancing the sweet Cranberry barbeque sauce with the pungent red onion.

We are so grateful that we get to share all this good food with you…and we are especially thankful for you!  Have a healthy, happy Thanksgiving from all of us at North Shore Living.
