Tis the season for Roasting Mix! Every year during the holidays we sell our Roasting Mix which is the perfect blend of Rosemary, Sage, and Thyme. Normally, we like to use this mix when roasting a delicious turkey or prime rib for the holidays. This year, however, we had a little more of a sweet tooth.

A favorite holiday tradition is to make cookies and set them out for Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. Every family has their own traditions and makes cookies their own special way. As always, the North Shore Living family loves to incorporate living herbs wherever we can. This year, we did so with our cookies for Santa!

Now even though the tradition is to make these cookies for Santa, we can all count on eating them to give us a late night boost while wrapping up those last minute gifts.
