Ciabatta, Sausage & Herb Stuffing

To begin making this Ciabatta, Sausage & Herb Stuffing, preheat oven to 375° F.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sausage, breaking up into medium pieces until browned. Then transfer to a large bowl and set aside. Add remaining butter to skillet and cook carrots, onions, and celery until soft, and transfer to bowl with sausage. Add broth, oil, herbs, and bread to the bowl and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
