Chicken Pita

This light and summery recipe is sure to make your lunch time easy.


Add all ingredients except for the dill and pita bread to a medium bowl and toss to coat evenly. Add the dill and fold in to incorporate. Check the seasoning and add any additional salt and pepper if needed. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

To make the chicken pita, stuff the chicken salad into pita pockets with some greens, sliced tomatoes, cucumber and any other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
