Whipped Feta with Basil Trio Olive Oil

Fresh and creamy, this is the perfect appetizer for dinner guests.

Directions:

To make the basil trio olive oil, place basil in a food processor along with the garlic, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and salt and pepper. Pulse until well mixed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add remaining 3/4 cup olive oil and pulse until mixed. Pour into a jar and set aside.

To make the whipped feta, combine the crumbled feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy (add more olive oil if you’d like a creamier consistency), about 3-4 minutes, scraping sides of bowl as needed.

Place your cheese in a serving dish or bowl and drizzle the basil trio olive oil over the top. Serve with crackers or bread. Enjoy!
