Tomato Topped Halibut

Fresh ingredients make this a go to summertime dish.

Preheat your oven to 350° F and lightly coat a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with olive oil. In a bowl combine the tomato, basil, chives, oregano, garlic, and olive oil. Toss unit combined.

Place the halibut fillets in your baking dish and divide the mixture even over each fillet. Place in the oven and bake until the fish is flakey and cooked throughout. About 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
