Grilled Caprese Pizza

Gourmet delight on the grill! Our new favorite easy pizza.


Preheat grill to high. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness. Place dough on the grill, close lid, and cook for 2-5 minutes, checking every so often to be sure it does not get charred. Flip and repeat for 2-5 minutes.

Remove from grill and turn grill to low. Spread sauce, cheese, tomatoes, and drizzle the balsamic glaze on the pizza. Place back on the grill with the lid shut for about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from grill and top with basil. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Look for fresh dough at your local pizzeria or grocery store.
