Roasted Chickpeas

An easy crunchy snack that will be a new go to.

Place chickpeas in a large skillet or dutch oven and add garlic and oil; season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are crisped and some have split open, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in herbs. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Try any herbs that you have on hand. This is a great recipe to have on hand if you have extra herbs and you’re not sure what to do with them!

Chickpeas, rinsed, drained, & dried
1/4 cup
Olive Oil
1/2 cup
North Shore Living® Dill, finely chopped
1/2 cup

1 cup

Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper
