Roasted Chickpeas

An easy, crunchy snack that will be a new go-to.


Place chickpeas in a large skillet or Dutch oven and add garlic and oil; season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are crisped and some have split open, 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in herbs. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Try any herbs that you have on hand. This is a great recipe for when you have extra herbs and you’re not sure what to do with them!

Chickpeas, drained, rinsed & dried
1/4 cup
Olive Oil
Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 cup
