Vanilla Mint Power Smoothie
A refreshing treat you don't have to feel guilty about!
For the vanilla layer, combine 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup coconut milk, vanilla, and chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and place in your refrigerator to keep cold while making the next layer.
For the mint layer, combine half banana, spinach, mint, and 1/4 cup coconut milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over your vanilla layer and serve immediately. Enjoy!
