Mango Mint Salsa

This fresh fruity salsa is so versatile you will want to top everything with it!

Cut the mangoes into ¼ inch cubes and put into medium bowl.  Add the remaining ingredients and gently mix.  Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.

 

Pro Tip: Try topping your favorite grilled fish with this salsa. We love it with Halibut! Also is a great fresh summer salsa to serve with chips as an alternate to traditional salsa.
