Marinated Goat Cheese
This is easy to make and easy to enjoy, the perfect addition to a busy dinner party.
To make this Marinated Goat Cheese, begin by adding olive oil to a small container, enough to make a thick layer. Nestle a layer of the sliced goat cheese into the oiled container. Top with half of the basil trio, salt and pepper, and cracked red pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and continue with another layer of cheese and herbs.
Cover and set aside at room temperature for an hour or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Serve at room temperature with bread or crackers. Enjoy!
