Garlic Parsley Butter Shrimp

Can butter ever really be a bad idea?

Directions:

To make this yummy Garlic Parsley Butter Shrimp, first preheat your oven to 425° F. In a food processor add the butter, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper. Pulse until it turns into a paste.

Take half of the butter and spread in the bottom of an ovenproof skillet. Arrange shrimp on top of the butter in the skillet, then place the rest of the butter over the shrimp, making sure each shrimp is coated. Place skillet in oven and bake for about 10-20 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice and serve hot. Enjoy!
