Creamy Peruvian Pesto

A pasta dish that will have everyone wanting more.


To create this delicious Creamy Peruvian Pesto, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until softened. Let cool. Meanwhile, cook your pasta of choice to al dente consistency.

Place cooled onion mixture and remaining ingredients in a food processor and process to a thick puree. Season with salt and pepper. Once you have cooked and drained your pasta, toss sauce with pasta and serve warm. Enjoy!
