Chicken Herb Wraps

Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and then add the chicken. Cook about 4 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let it rest while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cornichons, brine, and herbs. Place wraps on a work surface and spread the yogurt mixture over the wraps. Thinly slice the chicken and place in the wraps with the any additional toppings you want. Roll up like a burrito. Enjoy!
