Basil Hibiscus Sweet Tea

A refreshing drink for those hot summer days.

Directions:

In a medium pot, bring your water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the lemongrass, honey, hibiscus flowers, and basil.

Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain into a pitcher, taste, and add more honey if needed. Chill until cold and serve over ice. Enjoy!
