Try this simple breakfast to start your day off right!


Start your morning off right with this Baked Egg Bliss recipe! Begin by preheating your oven to 350º F. Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray and set aside. In a small bowl combine the arugula, tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic. Separate the arugula mixture between all 4 ramekins. Carefully, crack an egg in the center of each ramekin, making sure not to break the yolk. Top each with the Parmesan cheese and salt.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until the egg is cooked to the desired done-ness. Remove from the oven and top with chives. Serve warm. Enjoy!
