Roasted Mushrooms

This is a go to recipe when you need a simple and tasty side dish. Packs enough flavor to stand alone or perfectly compliment a filet.

Begin by pre-heating the oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Toss the mushrooms in a large bowl with a generous amount of salt and pepper and the olive oil. Spread evenly on baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss then return them the oven. Roast for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are roasted to your liking.

Return the roasted mushrooms to the bowl. Taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Toss with the herbs, then transfer to a serving dish and serve, enjoy!

1/4 cup
Olive Oil

Salt and pepper

North Shore Living™ Parsley, finely chopped
