Roasted Mushrooms

This is a go-to recipe when you need a simple and tasty side dish.


Begin by preheating the oven to 450° F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Toss the mushrooms in a large bowl with a generous amount of salt and pepper and the olive oil. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss, then return them to the oven to roast for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are cooked to your liking.

Return the roasted mushrooms to the bowl. Taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Toss with the herbs, then transfer to a serving dish and serve. Enjoy!
