Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, pepper, lime, and salt to a bowl. Toss everything together. Place in the fridge to cool and let the flavors combine for at least 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or sliced cucumber. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Remember, when chopping peppers, if you keep the seeds included your pico will be spicier. So remove the seeds if you want less spicy dip.
