Herby Avocado Dip

Simple, yet versatile. And delicious.

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mash the avocado using a fork. Add the olive oil, lime juice, and salt and continue mixing and mashing until you get the desired texture. You can also use a food processor for this, if you want a super smooth dip.

Once you have the texture you would like, add the garlic, cilantro, basil, and chives. Stir to combine. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: This pairs well with a lot! Try root veggie chips, sweet potato chips, tortilla chips, or sliced fresh veggies.
