Herbed Garlic Parmesan Popcorn

You’ll never want to have popcorn any other way.


Using a small sauce pan, heat the butter, olive oil, and garlic over medium heat until butter melts and starts to lightly simmer. Continue cooking while stirring for 1-2 minutes or until garlic is soft and fragrant. Add the thyme and basil and stir for 30 seconds. Remove pan from heat and set aside.

Prepare popcorn and place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle butter mixture over the popcorn while stirring with a spatula. Toss to coat. Add Parmesan cheese and toss until well distributed. Top with additional Parmesan if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy!
