Herb & Cheese Muffins
Warm & savory, a great snack anytime!
Preheat your oven to 400° F and prep your muffin cups. Either spray with oil or line with muffin cups. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, from flour to sugar and whisk to combine. Then add the cheese and herbs and whisk again. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Scoop evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown on top and a toothpick is removed cleanly. Enjoy warm with butter or save in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Pro Tip: Try freezing these for an anytime snack at the ready! Place completely cooled muffins in a ziplock bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
