Classic Chimichurri Sauce
This classic sauce is delicious on so many things, including a nice steak.
For the Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients for this Classic Chimichurri Sauce in a food processor. Pulse for about 10-15 seconds, until just combined but not smooth. Transfer to a container and set aside.
For the Steak:
Preheat your grill (or indoor grill pan) over high heat and brush with olive oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill on each side for about 5-6 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135° F for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes. After the steak has rested, slice it against the grain into 1/2 inch slices. Serve topped with chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
Pro Tip: There is really no bad way to enjoy this sauce, but try serving tortillas or potatoes with your steak and sauce!
