The Ball Drop
A fun and festive cocktail for the New Year.
Directions:
In a shaker glass, muddle the strawberries and mint leaves until the strawberries are well broken up. Add the champagne, lemon vodka, triple sec, and ice ¾ of the way into the shaker. Shake well and strain into two coup glasses. Top with champagne to fill. Garnish with a mint sprig and strawberry. Enjoy!
Pro Tip: Place a round ice cube in your coup glass to create the “ball drop” effect.
