Roasted Carrots

Fresh, crisp carrots never tasted so good. Roasted to perfection.

Directions:

Start by preheating your oven to 400° F. Remove the tops from the carrots and clean. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and add the oil, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Using your hands, toss to coat the carrots and arrange them flat and evenly spaced on the sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until slightly browned.

While the carrots are roasting, combine the spread ingredients in a medium jar and set aside. Once the carrots are finished, remove from the oven and arrange on your serving tray. Drizzle with as much dressing as desired and top with chopped dill. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: These carrots are great served hot or cold. Serve them hot as your vegetable for dinner or let them cool and serve with greens to make a tasty salad!
