Try this simple to make, zesty dressing on any type of salad!

Directions:

Making this Lemon Oregano Vinaigrette is a breeze. Simply cut both ends off of the lemon and discard. Thinly slice the lemon, discarding seeds as you go, then chop fairly fine until the pieces are small but add texture. Place chopped lemon and all other ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake. Enjoy!
