Brined Turkey

Make your turkey moist and tender.

Directions:

To make the turkey brine, combine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil then set aside and let cool completely. Transfer to a 5 gallon bucket and add your turkey (be sure that it is completely defrosted).

Refrigerate overnight. Once you are ready to cook your turkey, remove from brine and pat dry. Continue prepping your turkey according to your recipe.
