Beef Goulash

This tasty, warm dinner is perfect for the spring weather.

Directions:

Beef goulash is a fairly simple recipe to make, with big time flavor. Start by melting the butter in a 6 quart Dutch oven. Brown the meat on all four sides, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and saute until softened. Add tomato paste and tomatoes and stir. Add the meat back to the pan with the juices, then add the stock, red wine, marjoram, paprika, Worcestershire, and salt.

Let the mixture come to a simmer before covering and letting cook for 1 hour, until meat falls apart. Add potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes until tender. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy!
