We are looking for someone to assist the Vice-President/CFO in moving our company forward; someone who has helped a leader in the past, with a proven record of resourcefulness, and someone who has a “can-do” attitude and proven track record. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide range of activities and confidential matters with utmost discretion.

Act as office manager
Coordinate and organize departmental and cross-functional meetings
Follow up from meetings: keep minutes/records and ensure completion of action items
Master the creation and enhancement of presentation and support materials
Manage Outlook appointment schedule and related arrangements
Maintain filing system
Complete expense reports
Provide bridge for smooth communication between the CFO’s office and internal departments
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on deadline sensitive projects to successful completion
Other administrative and technical duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
5 + years’ experience supporting senior-level executive required.
BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access a plus.
Flexibility on schedule with the ability to stay past traditional hours on days needed.
