Cranberry BBQ and Turkey Pizza

Thought of a thanksgiving pizza for leftovers? You'll be happy we did.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450° F. Spray a baking sheet or pizza stone with cooking spray and then lay out your pizza dough. Set aside.

In a small bowl stir together the leftover cranberry sauce and your favorite barbecue sauce. Spread half the sauce over the pizza dough, stopping about a ½ inch around the perimeter. Add the other half of the sauce to the shredded leftover turkey in a separate bowl, ensuring you mix to coat the meat completely.

Top the pizza with turkey, cheese, and sliced red onion, then bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove the pizza carefully from the oven and top with freshly chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
